According to Wikipedia : Gmail is a free email service provided by Google. As of 2019, it had 1.5 billion active users worldwide. A user typically accesses Gmail in a web browser or the official mobile app. Google also supports the use of email clients via the POP and IMAP protocols.
How to Install, Create & Use Gmail on Mobile
To install your Gmail :
Step 1 : Open the play store and search Gmail.
Step 2 : Tap Install.
To create Gmail:
Step 1 : Go to the google account.
Step 2 : Click add account.
Step 3 : Fill the sign-up form.
Step 4 : Enter your phone number to verify your Gmail account.
Step 5 : Then, you will get verification code message from google.
Step 6 : Enter the code to verify.
Step 7 : Then, click I agree.
Step 8 : Your account will created.
To use Gmail:
Step 1 : Go to Gmail.
Step 2 : Enter user name(Email or phone).
Step 3 : Enter password.
Step 4 : Next, tap sign in for log in the account.
To compose an email:
Step 1 : Go to the Gmail app and click.
Step 2 : Log in to your Gmail.
Step 3 : In the top left, tap on compose to write an email.
Step 4 : Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
Step 5 : Cc or Bcc the email message by using Add Cc and Bcc functions.
Step 6 : Click the "Subject" text field, then type in whatever you want the subject of the email to be.
Step 7 : Then, write the body of the message.
Step 8 : You can format your text as required using the menu bar.
Step 9 : Click the Attach a file link to attach a document.
Step 10 : If you don't want to send the message then, click the discard button.
Step 11 : Then, At the bottom of the page, click Send button.
To create label or filter:
Nowadays, in the digital marketing era, whether we want it or not, we keep getting many emails. Due to this spam mails, our inbox would get filled and sometimes we missed our important messages. And it takes a lot of time to find the required mails. That's why we create email filtration. With this, our mails will not go directly to the inbox, but will come in different folders which that created by us and we will save a lot of time and effort. By the way, Gmail has updated your inbox with primary, promotions, posts and forums etc facility of dividing into categories has already been given. Gmail identifying each incoming mails and dividing it into it categories.
Step 1 : Tap on Gmail app.
Step 2 : Touch and hold the left side of any mail or messages.
Step 3 : Touch and hold any other mails or messages you want to add labels to.
Step 4 : In the top right, tap More.
Step 5 : Tap Change labels.
Step 6 : Add or remove labels.
Step 7 : Then, click ok.
Find your Gmail spam folder in the mobile:
Whether we want or not, many emails come in our inbox. Related to promotional offers. A hacker tries to fill your inbox with useless things,So that you may not be able to check your important mails. You keep checking your spam folder every few days to see if any of your important emails have been marked as spam. To open the Spam folder, tap on the folder heading "Spam" on the left side of the Gmail screen. If all the mails in the spam folder are spam mails, then you can leave them as they are. Gmail will automatically delete messages every 30 days. If you want to remove it yourself, then select the message and then click on the "Delete forever" button in the top menu bar. If an email is accidentally spammed, it can be removed from the spam folder by opening the message and clicking the "Not Spam" button in the top menu bar. This will move your emails and messages to your inbox.
Step 1 : Tap to Gmail app on your phone.
Step 2 : Top to three bars on the top right corner.
Step 3 : Scroll down and tap the "Spam" option.
Step 4 : To delete all your spam mails, click on "Empty Spam Now" option on the page. If you want to delete a message, then press and hold on it with your finger, and then click on the three dots that appear on the top right side. Then choose option "Delete Forever" from the menu that shows.
Step 5 : If you want to bring any non-spam emails back to your inbox, open any one of the messages and click "Report not spam" in the gray box. If by doing this the messages do not appear in your inbox, then click on three dots in the top-right corner and then tap on "Not spam".
To sign out from gmail:
Step 1 : click on right top-corner profile pic.
Step 2 : Click on sign out.
